The 2025 -2026 School year registration begins January 6, 2025 for current families, and January 21, 2025 for new families. Please contact us to find out more and gain access to our all new online registration form! We will be located at 18555 NW Rock Creek Blvd for the 2025-2026 school year. Our Winter open house will be held on January 25th from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Feel free to stop by any time in that window to meet the teachers and see the spaces, or call now to set up a tour!

Mustard Seed Preschool is Portland’s premier play-based kindergarten readiness program rooted in inclusive, research based curriculum. Conveniently located off of 185th Ave. and Rock Creek Blvd., Mustard Seed Preschool has been educating pre-k children of the Beaverton, NW Portland, Rock Creek, Tanasbourne, & Bethany communities for over 30 years.

Our Philosophy

We believe children learn by building on the knowledge they already have - primarily exhibited through play. Teachers help children learn by creating a rich environment to explore via exciting educational activities. 

Our Curriculum

At Mustard Seed Preschool we leverage The Creative Curriculum for Preschool®, an award-winning, research-based curriculum that fully aligns with state early learning standards and national best practices.

We offer a variety of classes for children age 3 - 5 years in both the morning and afternoon.
